Install a purchased plugin
- Back up your WordPress site and test the plugin on a staging copy first.
- Download the plugin ZIP from your purchase confirmation or My Account.
- In WordPress, open Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin. Select the ZIP, install it, and activate it.
- Open the plugin’s License screen and enter your purchased license key for update and support access.
- Configure the plugin, complete its setup checks, and verify the workflow you intend to use before enabling it for visitors.

Account and licensing
Use your checkout email address at My Account. On your first visit, choose Reset password to set secure account access. Annual plans include updates and support for one year; renewal terms are described in the Terms of Service.
Get help
Email [email protected] with your site URL, plugin name and version, WordPress and PHP versions, steps to reproduce the problem, and the last four characters of your license key. Never send full license keys, passwords, payment card numbers, or card security codes.
