1Install apPolls

1. Download apPolls from My Account.
2. Open Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
3. Upload the ZIP, install it, and activate apPolls.

2Activate your license

1. Open apPolls → License.
2. Paste the key from your account or purchase email.
3. Save the key, then select Activate License.

3Create your poll

1. Open apPolls → Add New.
2. Name it and enter a short lowercase poll key.
3. Choose results visibility and optional dates.
4. Save, add questions, and set it to Active.

4Publish it

1. Copy the shortcode in the Publish panel.
2. Paste it into a page, post, or shortcode widget.
3. Preview the page and submit one test response.

5Read the results

1. Open apPolls → All Polls.
2. Select Edit & results.
3. Review live totals or export a CSV.

6Use safe defaults

• Keep results hidden when a poll could expose sensitive information.
• Use scheduling for time-limited voting.
• Export and archive important response data.
