Terms of Service

Effective August 6, 2026.

License

An artistproWP purchase grants a non-exclusive license to use the purchased software on the number of sites covered by the selected plan. Unlimited plans may be used on owned or client sites but may not be resold as standalone license keys.

Updates and support

Annual licenses include software updates and support for one year. The installed software remains usable after expiration, but updates, new downloads, and support require an active license unless otherwise stated.

Payments and renewal

Prices and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Taxes, hosting, search-engine services, and third-party provider charges are not included unless expressly stated.

Refunds

Customers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. A refunded license is deactivated.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for site backups, lawful content, correct configuration, and verifying changes on their own WordPress installation. No software can guarantee rankings, indexing, traffic, or placement by a search or answer engine.

Warranty and liability

The software is provided as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, artistproWP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the software.
