apPolls and apLists
Start with the guide for your product:
- apPolls: install, activate your license, publish a poll, and export responses
- apLists: install, create a list, publish a signup form, and verify confirmation email
Both products require WordPress 6.4 or later and PHP 8.0 or later. Back up your site before installing or updating. For apLists, your WordPress site must be able to send confirmation email; test a signup and check the receiving inbox before publishing your form.
Downloads, updates, and service coverage
Use My Account to find your purchased license and current download. In WordPress, open apPolls → License or apLists → License to activate the service key. An annual plan includes one year of updates and support for the number of sites purchased. Your installed plugin and existing data remain usable after that service period expires.
apSEO self-service
- Download the current apSEO ZIP and license key from checkout, your purchase email, or My Account.
- Install and activate the ZIP in WordPress.
- Follow apSEO → Setup Guide.
- Activate the key under Tools → apSEO License.
- Save publication identity, run any safe migration, and complete the readiness audit.

Account access
Use the email address entered at checkout. On your first visit to My Account, choose Reset password to set secure access.
Contact support
Email [email protected] with the product name, site URL, WordPress and PHP versions, plugin version, license-key last four characters, and the steps that reproduce the issue. Include the error text or a screenshot with personal information hidden. Never send your full license key, password, or subscriber export. Never email a full payment-card number or card security code.
