Create surveys with required text questions, publish them with a shortcode, export responses as CSV, and send an individual invitation using WordPress mail.
Pro: invite your list
Use apLists and apCampaign to prepare an invitation for a subscriber list. Review the campaign and audience before explicitly queueing it. Subscriber status and suppressions are checked again at delivery.
Your data, your site
Responses are stored in WordPress. Optional retention and WordPress privacy tools help you manage records. Your site needs a working mail service and scheduler.
What to know before installing
Both editions currently support required text answers. Multiple-choice questions, individual response links, and AI analysis are not included. People can respond without an account, and the plugin does not guarantee one response per person. Pro audience snapshots support up to 5,000 subscribers.
Pro requires PHP 8.0 or later, the free apSurveys core, apLists 1.0.7 or later, and apCampaign 1.0.17 or later. Configure your own WordPress mail service; provider charges may apply. Pro includes one year of updates and email support. Your installed plugin keeps working if you do not renew.
The free download comes from this site. Until the WordPress.org edition is available, install newer free versions manually when released. The Pro license provides its own update service.
