Activity at a glance
Record successful and failed sign-ins, account changes, content saves and deletions, plugin activation, theme changes and completed software updates.
Keep data on your site
History is stored in your WordPress database. Only administrators can view the log or export it as CSV.
Set retention
Keep records for 180 days by default, or choose a different period in Tools → apAudit. Scheduled cleanup removes older records.

WordPress personal-data export and erasure tools can include activity associated with an existing user account.
Before you install
The activity history may include usernames, event details and IP addresses. It stays on your site, so review your privacy notice and access policies. Process personal-data requests before deleting the related WordPress account.
Install the ZIP through WordPress → Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, activate it, then open Tools → apAudit. Scheduled cleanup relies on WordPress scheduled tasks. Deactivation stops cleanup but retains existing records.
