Terms of Service

Effective August 6, 2026.

License

artistproWP plugin software is open source under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later, except for included third-party components provided under their own compatible licenses and notices. Software-use, modification, and redistribution rights are governed by those licenses. A purchase provides the paid support, commercial update access, and other services described by the selected plan. Site counts define paid service coverage, including owned or client sites where stated; they do not restrict GPL software-use rights. A paid service key does not transfer artistproWP support obligations or permission to impersonate the official brand.

Updates and support

Annual paid plans include commercial update access and support for one year. Installed GPL software remains usable after expiration. Paid-account downloads and support require an active service entitlement unless otherwise stated. Public open-source releases and WordPress.org updates, where available, remain governed by their published licenses and distribution terms.

Payments and renewal

Prices and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Taxes, hosting, search-engine services, and third-party provider charges are not included unless expressly stated.

Refunds

Customers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. A refunded paid service entitlement is deactivated; this does not revoke rights already granted under the applicable open-source software license.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for site backups, lawful content, correct configuration, and verifying changes on their own WordPress installation. No software can guarantee rankings, indexing, traffic, or placement by a search or answer engine.

Warranty and liability

The software is provided as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, artistproWP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the software.
