Questions
Does apForms require a CRM?
No. apForms runs on ordinary WordPress and stores its own forms and entries. Other artistproWP tools can be connected when useful.
Will apForms send my entries to artistproWP?
No. License checks exchange only license and site information. Form entries remain on your WordPress installation unless you deliberately configure one of your own connections.
What does Roll Your Own AI mean?
You choose whether to use AI and where it runs: local Ollama, a compatible self-hosted server, or your own provider account. No AI key is exposed to visitors.
What happens if I do not renew?
Your installed plugin and the entries it collected remain usable. Renewal covers future updates and support.
