Create basic surveys, collect text responses on your site, and export responses as CSV.

== Description ==

Create a survey under Surveys, enter one text question per line, and place the displayed shortcode on a page. Each question is required. Administrators can download responses as CSV and send a single invitation using WordPress mail. The optional artistproMedia credit is off by default and can be enabled or disabled by an administrator.

Responses and short-lived keyed rate-limit counters are stored in your WordPress database. Rate-limit records are cleaned by scheduled WordPress cron, which requires working site scheduling. The site operator is responsible for explaining any personal data collected in answers and handling privacy requests. Administrators can close surveys and delete individual responses by the recipient ID in a CSV export. Administrators can optionally enable automatic response retention; it is off by default and depends on WordPress cron. Respondents can optionally provide an email address so their responses can be found by WordPress privacy export and erasure tools; anonymous responses must be managed using response IDs. Basic abuse controls do not guarantee spam prevention.

== Installation ==

1. Install and activate the plugin.
2. Open Surveys and create a survey.
3. Add the displayed shortcode to a page.
